Developing a yoga practice during and after pregnancy can provide:

Emotional support to help with the transition into motherhood and the journey that lies ahead.

This yoga practice is designed specifically for women during all stages of pregnancy and also for those easing back into activity after childbirth. 

In this yoga wellness coaching session, Roxie Sweikar, MSW, E-RYT, will incorporate safe and gentle exercises to strengthen weak muscles and to provide soothing relief and relaxation to areas of the body that carry more tension and stress during this time.

The nurturing environment of this yoga class will be a wonderful way to rejuvenate and also connect with other women by sharing experiences and support with each other. (Please bring your own yoga mat. All other props are provided.)
